Hi, I'm currently using Moodle 3.5 and have had an issue with the "Grades" icon in the user drop-down for a while now. It looks like the call to the icon/png file is incorrect since the placeholder appears instead of the image itself... I have been going through hundreds of files to find the location of the call and cannot find it!
*Also this happens in every included theme in Moodle.
If anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it, your help would be greatly appreciated!
