I am trying to upload a SCORM package (30MB) to Moodle, yet when i click on "Upload this file" it just hangs there, always loading. I am able to upload a smaller SCORM package (1.3MB) without any problems. The maximum filesize is unlimited according to the fileuploader.
I had the same problem when i used a moodle Xampp installation, and the problem solved itself after restarting the PC. Now i'm trying to do the same on a AWS remote desktop running Windows Server 2016.
After restarting the remote desktop several times, the problem persists.
