Which is the diference between moodle and drupal?

drupal, nuke, geeklog, etc etc are general content management systems, and are suitable for just about any type of site, so they could be used for education, though that is not their focus. Moodle is explicitly designed around education and most users and development is done with that in mind.

but... is it possible to joint drupal(or samba) and moodle, in the deep level:sharing the same  database, users, modules,etc?

Only some fields of the users database table will be shared I believe.

I wonder what Samba is. I thought it was a sort of file sharing protocol like ftp.

Yes, Samba is a network protocol for Linux to file-share with a Windows host.  Not sure how it is envisaged to interface with Moodle...

A number of integrations between Moodle and CMSs have been developed.  They are usually implemented as modules I think, with single- sign on and other features.  There is one for drupal also, although I haven't used it.
