Hi ,
Can you please help me to add event for moodle3.3 to send mail to every user enroled in to course of this competency ,I tried to add event to
event.php " array(
'eventname' => '\core\event\competency_updated ',
'callback' => 'core_badges_observer::competenceup',
),"
and add to the class "core_badges_observer" the function "competenceup" witch get competency but it doesn't work
