Hi,

Do you think it would be a good idea to do it just before Moodle 3.5 QA, once BS4 is well integrated and tested?

It would allow to have it tested (if they are exceptions), and integrated in a LTS.

Hi,

Moodle 3.7 coming soon, would it be a good idea to replace all URLs pointing to moodle.org sites to https (and not http)?

It includes doing it in heading comments in all php files, but more (see MDL-61561).
