Hi all, I have read the tips on making Moodle courses mobile friendly.
Aside that I was wondering if we need to change/edit the format of existing courses for Moodle mobile access?

do you mean the course format (topics, weeks, etc..) used?
Topics and weeks work pretty well right now, and for Moodle Mobile 3.5 (to be released May this year) we'll be supporting the rest of core course formats.
If you are using a custom course format you should check how it looks in the app though
