Thanks for your thorough reply David. I hadn't realised that submissions might save automatic draft copies if save isn't clicked on. This is certainly something I need to test out for myself before I advise teachers to use this feature again or to use the submit button. I also need to have another chat with our administrator. I think your idea of splitting up the input into several links is a good idea.
