moodle mobile android vdocipher videos not playing .is it require any plugin to play video from vdocipher.But normal videos are playing.

as far as I know in a hybrid app like ours you can only play videos supported natively by the stock web browser (mp4 for example)

You should use formats supported by the devices natively (mp4 is the one recommended)
