In simple terms, soft skills refer to a person’s behavioral skill-sets related to their EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient). These traits person make a good interaction and association between the person and team members.
These are the soft skills they should look for:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Problem Solving Skills
- Teamworking Skills
There are intangible soft skills like sense of humour, diligence, optimism, loyalty, common sense and good manner.
I would like to know which soft skill is important for career growth in IT sector.
