I have a consultation that I hope you can support me in resolving. I have a tool which I want to add to my platform, the tool is called SEGMENT, and it is known for capturing data from each customer contact point, and this data is sent to other tools or api's where it can be consulted. Now, the point of my query, is to know how I can add it to moodle, I was told that it is through javascript code, however, I have not been able to make it work correctly, simply does not issue any warning or emails from the webmaster, no synchronization of this element appears. The platform version is too old, 2.5.
