Hi --
Push notifications have been working fine since we upgraded to Moodle 3.2 in July. We are using the Moodle-provided Airnotifier service. But we've noticed recently that at some point within the past few weeks, we stopped receiving push notifications on iOS devices. But Android devices are receiving push notifications.
Relating my experience, I have an iPhone 7+ and an iPad Air 2, both running iOS 11 and Moodle Mobile 3.3.2. It isn't receiving push notifications from our Moodle 3.2 site (note that they are receiving push notifications from moodle.org). A colleague's iPhone 6s, running iOS 10, has also stopped receiving push notifications. I have an Nexus 7 (running Android 6.0.1 and Moodle Mobile 3.3.2), and it continues to receive push notifications from our Moodle 3.2 site.
So from our Moodle 3.2 site, my Android device is receiving push notifications, but my iOS devices are not (and they used to).
On my iPhone, I tried deleting and reinstalling the Moodle Mobile app and reconnecting it to my Moodle site. That didn't help.
Has this been seen before? Does anyone have any advice on how we can correct this?
Thanks very much.... Brian
