I've had some people ask how to add support for FilterCode tags in the Custom Menu and Custom User Menu of their theme. It is actually pretty straight forward. Checkout the following links for the latest technique:

For anyone interested in having support for integrating Moodle filtering in Custom Menus, please show your support by voting for the integration of the following Moodle Tracker issue:

By adding Moodle Filtering to Custom Menus in the core base themes, it should no longer be necessary to customize 3rd party themes in order to get support in most cases.
