Accidentally, I have deleted my courses, how do I restore them back. I have no back up files!

Hi Juliana,
Sorry this happened to you. Once deleted, course content is indeed removed, so I'm afraid you'll have to recreate the courses.
Not knowing which site is yours, all I can suggest (for next time) is that the MoodleCloud paid plans will let you turn on automatic course backups, which could help in a case like this.
