Hello moodle people,
I've got the next problem.
When i set the course format on single activity format and type of activity is SCORM then the managers doesn't see there blocks in the side-panel on the course page.
And when i change the course format into topics format for example then the blocks appears again in the side-panel.
Is there a fix for this problem.
I dont want to make a manager into a site-administrator. The site-administrator does not have this problem.
