Do you mean a SCORM activity in a course? - turn editing on + click 'duplicate' icon,
Do you mean the code? - copy it to a different directory, rename all instances of 'scorm' to something else (including in file names); you will, of course, have to be careful to not rename any references that are to the internal SCORM API, which should still say 'scorm' after the rename.
It might be worth explaining what you hope to achieve by doing this, otherwise it's hard to give much in the way of advice.
