Perhaps they are referring to the 2 precheck fails (see screenshot).
If this is the case, then I would like to state that those are both false positives (ie, not the fault of the plugin). However, if they do have some other concerns with the code and have found potential issues I would be more than happy (in fact I encourage reporting code bugs/improvements) to address these!
