SCORM completion not tracked in Moodle Mobile

I am having trouble with the tacking of SCORM completion in the Moodle Mobile app:


When I complete an activity in the Moodle Mobile app it doesn't show up as completed

When I complete the same activity in a browser (Chrome on PC or tablet) it is checked as completed as expected.

This is on a Moodle 3.2 site and using Mooodle Mobile 3.3. The SCORM is developed using Storyline 360.


Any thoughts/fixes out there?

is his happening only with SCORM packages or it happens with any type of activity using completion?

Just reporting a solution i've found for this if anyone come across the same problem.

On the Scorm's Activity Completition settings don't check the option "Student must view this activity to complete it"

Hi. We use Moodle v4.0 and had that issue recently and fixed it with the settings below.

Grading method: Learning Objects
Require view: Students must view this activity to complete it (checked)
Require minimum score: Disabled
Require status: Pass and Completed (both checked)
Average of ratings: -
