i have upgrade my moodle from 3.0 to 3.3 and i can not install poodll
there is photo of installation every time i choose install do nothing and this page occur again

I have a similar situation when trying to install the latest Poodl filter plugin, filter_poodll_moodle33_2017070301.zip. 'I'm running Moodle 3.3 using the Fordson theme.
Using the plugin installer, after uploading the zip file and clicking the Install button, the screen shows the following and the message never goes beyond "validating filter_poodl..."

(and others) the issue here is that Moodle just takes ages to do the validation presumably because of some of the libraries included with Poodll. The solution is to increase your PHP max execution time from the default of 30 to 300.
