how add course in multi language without user add

and install atto-multilang2
and it also not appear on editor
any suggestion here??????????

i read this tutorial before and i don't need to use span or manual tag i need user translate his content automatically by select language for his content and when redirect from language to another
Moodle doesn't do 'automatic' translation. The translations have to be provided - either within the language packs for Moodle itself or the plugins being used, or by the content author(s) for the page content.
The multilang tools then display the provided translations based on the user's selected language, from the translated content provided by the author. There is no 'translate on the fly' within Moodle.
i try to use multilang tool
but it not support for title of course to add title with multi lang without add span tag on title
