Hi Ruan,
There is an option to Add Rule when using Firebug and other Web Developer tools.
Just do a Right Click on the screen of your website and then add the CSS.
The thing about CSS is that you need to hunt down the original CSS used which can be tricky, but I do find that FireBug is more helpful in this respect than other so called "Web Deverloper" Tools.
