All of that information can be put in the course summary, which can then be displayed - there are not separate fields for it, but it could all be put into the Summary field and you could have a standard set of information and style there for consistency. That would certainly be the easiest, I think.
Although you are not providing online courses as such, bear in mind that Moodle is alos used by many institutions to support face-face teaching, as a means of sharing information (giving out course materials, providing announcements), enabling online collaborative work as class/home activities (through forum discussions, wiki activities and many others), and/or assessments (self-marked quizzes, submitted work, etc). It is a useful online tool for many reasons in a range of contexts - face-face, blended or wholely online.
