I use moodle 3.2 there is alert appear when press on url not in specific page i cant determine the error page and why it appear and how fixed it

As for the error you're encountering, it's a known bug: see MDL-58310.

thank you for  your help but when change php.ini for online server to edit

always_populate_raw_post_data to =-1

the problem not solve and when i read solutions  they not solved it till now
