We had this issue with students not receiving notifications of teachers' submission comments.
I thought submission comments were only visible/usuable when the submission button was turned on for students. Isn't that the way it used to be?
Anyway, thanks for the guidance, Helen. I'm going to vote for turning the plugin off on our site.
