Just a quick update.
I found that I have to 'add' the block via behat so that the plugin would appear on the page.
I also found that during the initial refactor I must of messed with the settings in the .feature files.
However I am now facing an issue where a couple of the tests pass on Travis but mostly fail. I Have tested the .feature files multiple times and they pass relatively consistently locally which makes it all the more confusing.
