While reading https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Question_formats I stumbled across the following broken links to the relevant source code sections:
I suppose xref.moodle.org is long gone (see MDLSITE-44) but it might be useful to replace the old CVS links by their GitHub equivalent, e.g. Code on GitHub.
It should be possible to do this by a global search and replace in Moodle Docs' MediaWiki installation.
