For the record, that certificate must be really busted. I tried that URL out in Chrome on my work PC, and our proxy system spat out a 'validation failed' error. It only does that when something is really wrong.
We have a certificate problem of our own (I wondered if this was the same thing), but that's 'just' the fact ours is SHA1.
