I've spent a lot of time playing around with getting unoconv to work and have a little better feel now of what to look out for.
Do you mind telling me what type of server setup, operating system, and LibreOffice version, you are trying to set it up with?
To be honest, I've been an evangelist for Moodle for a long time now, ever since we started using it on campus back in 2007. But this "enhancement" really rather pisses me off, and makes what used to be a VERY SIMPLE install configuration a real pain in the butt...and unnecessarily so.
What was wrong with the old way of doing things? From a sysadmin perspective, it's a really bad idea to require software like Libre Office on a server...to the extent that SLES12 doesn't even include it in their default repositories...!
PLEASE, can we rethink this awful decision????
