Hi I want to show Category Description in course index page..

Go to Dashboard / ► Courses / ► Miscellaneous / ► <your custom category>
If the category is visible, the course category description will be displayed to users when they enter the category, above the list of courses.
By default Moodle does not show category description in course index page.
