I've updated Essential for M3.1 - V3.1.1.6: https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=12989 with:
- FIX: Issue #798: Slider title needs to support multi-lang filter.
- FIX: Course category multi-lang, ref: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=344426#p1389008.
- NEW: Issue #734: Unable to disable the new "page top" block region.
As problems tend to be reported: just after a release, on a Tuesday and on a Friday, I'm going to hold off on the M3.0 and M2.9 versions containing the same changes.
Of note is #734 which addresses: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=344705 and reported in: https://github.com/gjb2048/moodle-theme_essential/issues/734. I'm not going to make a habit of free enhancements, just after careful consideration I felt that the original implementation was incomplete and needed at a professional level to be finished.
