how i can Requirement some questionnaire madule for students in courses?
when student open their course, first they fill questionnaire form and they can't see and open other section in course.

Hello,
Here is information about activity completion. It has to be turned on at the site level and in your course. That link will give you the information on that as well as setting up the criteria for compeletion. Then set up the questionnaire in the top section of the course. Restrict access to all other sections of the course until that questionnaire is completed. Restrict Access information is here and in the links off that page.
