I'm having the same issue as OP using the Clean theme.  I have also tried switching to the Base theme, and get the same result.  It seems to be unrelated to the theme at this point.

Any other ideas?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem with Safari and Chrome from Mac (macOS Sierra, 10.12.3),
on Moodle 3.1.5 and the plugin ver. 3.1.1. 


Safari -> nothing happened when I click the "print report" link

Chrome -> print dialog was opened, but the page was blank

Firefox -> it worked


I use the default "Clean" theme, so I think it is not related to the theme, too.

I just want to confirm that printing feature does not work in Chrome.
