Do a PDF needs to be in SCORM format?

Hi Fransiksus, you don't need SCORM to upload a PDF. You can just create a "File" activity. Using logs or completion tracking you can track if people actually clicked on it and opened it.

What are you looking to track?

Hi Mathew,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Yes, i can see it there. Thanks for the guidance.

I have this PDF that i want to upload and assign to the students. Actually i am looking a way on how to track their progress in 'reading' that PDF. But i guess i would say that it is a bit impossible to do so. So for now just to know whether they have clicked on the PDF link will be good enough.

Thanks again,

Frans

Do you have to use the .pdf format?

If you want to really engage the student you might consider converting the .pdf content into a more interactive format, like a scorm activity. Life will be so much more fun for the students. wink
