MNet enrollements

After loads of fiddling I finally got my MNet hub working. I can now enrol students into courses offered in another moodle.

I was wondering though if it was possible to enrol cohorts from one moodle into another's course?

One of my Moodles has over 34000 students and when I go to  "Site administration -> Networking -> Remote erolments client" and select a course I get the following error, this is after increasing my memory_limit...

Error reading from database
The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a
query plan. This is a rare event and only expected for extremely
complex queries or queries that reference a very large number of tables
or partitions. Please simplify the query. If you believe you have
received this message in error, contact Customer Support Services for
more information.
Or if there was a better way to add users into the other courses? Because even if I could diplay the user list, it is a very long winded job to search for each user...

I hope someone has a simple solution.

If you're using Moodle 3.1, perhaps the Publish as LTI tool could be used as an alternative to MNeT?
