I'm trying to find a way to give a user a badge on their first login to my moodle site. I havent been able to find any way to do it with a plugin or out of the box. So my only other option is to write up my own plugin. Only issue is I dont really know where to start as far as documentation goes. If someone could point me to the correct resources I should be using to start working on this plugin? Any kind of documentation on badges? Documentation on rendering badges into a block would be helpful too.
It appears that moodle isnt very well documented...
