I am developing a plugin that allows chemistry students to make online protocols for their experiments. I want to supply them with a list of materials for use. This list is stored in a database and gets used for each experiment. This part is functional right now, but i want to the trainers to be able to extend the database.
I tried adding a page for this in the plugin settings, but this is only accessible for admins. How can I create a page within moodle that can be accessed by trainers, without being bound to the context of a specific course module?
