Hi there!
We are a small team, based at a research centre in Benin, West Africa, and we are using Moodle to provide e-learning modules to top up knowledge and skills of young people we then work with, and send them to rural areas to support farmers groups for several months.
We are developing a suite of short Moodle courses to refresh and increase their understanding of applied agricultural, agronomical and agri-business methodologies and technologies, which they will then share with farmers.
These young people are mostly fresh graduates from Agricultural Colleges, but they will have to study our Moodle courses from fairly remote areas, where cybercafes and wifi hotspots are available but not always easily accessed. It will therefore be really important that we can offer them the option to download our modules and then work off-line.
Our modules are made almost exclusively of lessons - with the exception of a final test. I was therefore extremely excited to see that the availability of lessons off-line is a planned feature... Would it be possible to have an idea of when that functionality will go live?
Many thanks..
