I can't upload plugin because server are limmit 2M for uploads

Changed php.ini upload variables does not change the limit

maxbytes into moodle administrator don't show more than 2M uloads

I want to upload manually the plugin using cpanel login, whre folder directory need upload for install plugin?

If you want upload via CPanel or FTP, you should:

i) create a File System Repository

ii) upload the plugin zip file into the File System Repository

iii) Choose the plugin zip from the File System Repository when installing
