Hello,
I was working on a Moodle 3.0.2+ recently and noted that when you request a password reset, the email sent uses the "supportname" as "From", so I have to use an email address there instead of a real name and instead of Moodle code using the "supportemail" at least.
Also I think it should use the "noreply address" send this email instead of the Support Contact Email, or better, let user decide, because sometimes the SMTP user you configure on Moodle only has permission to send emails as noreplay instead of the Support Contact Email.
What do you think about it? Anyone else has the same feeling? Should we open an issue on tracker?
