I'm wondering if there is a way to learn the history of how Assignment module settings have changed over time. I have a situation where I have a strong theory that the prof did not set a particular setting from the beginning. But I would like to confirm that it's that and NOT that the setting was changed at some point.
Is there any way to find out exactly what the Assignment settings were a particular points in history? I'm happy to query the database, if someone can point me to the right table.
I'm using Moodle 2.8.9.
