I would like to achieve this effect in my Moodle:
There is this role assignment
- Student requests course ( article, movie, lesson etc..), which he is interested in through ( bultin or plugin) mechanism of course requesting.
- Specialist ( user who is like teacher ) Approves of students Request ( i know specialist have to have assignment of approving course, it can be done in role settings), and after course is added specialist (not a student) becomes teacher in this course and next student gets information about this course he requested being created.
Currently the User who requests course becomes teacher himself but i want opposite. User who approves must become teacher.
How to achieve this? Can this be done with changing moodle internal code ? Any ideas?
