I'm pleased to announce Shoelace for Moodle 3.0 stable: https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=10735 with the following improvements:
1. Update .gitattributes file.
2. Accessibility improvement to anti-gravity and go to bottom buttons.
3. Implement MDL-51819.
4. Use 'span' tags for icons instead of 'i' tags.

7. Fix '#adminsettings h3' colour.
