it seems that there is no download button on the HotPot reports pages, so I'm afraid that at the moment you cannot simply "export" the answers or analysis data from HotPot reports.
However, it would be possible to add a download button to those pages. That would require adding some PHP code to "mod/hotpot/report/tablelib.php".
Alternatively, you could create a whole new report plugin that show exactly the data you want to see. See the "mod/hotpot/report/scores" for an example of how this is done.
