The passing grade is correctly set. As the attached image showed, the individual activity in column 1 was marked as failed (the student earned a grade, but not the passing grade), yet the overall course completion setting in column 3 was still marked as complete. In our previous version of moodle, the X mark for that activity would have meant that no Course Completion indication would have yet been made.
