I was recently having some problems in getting Moodle and OwnCloud to talk to eachother after upgrading both applications.

But for ease of use, I have copied the outcome here too:
When I checked it out in the Test Moodle there were two fundermental differences:
- I had included in the production Moodle the "userinfo_endpoint" which is not set in the production Moodle
- I had also Base URL + /ocs/v1.php/apps/files_sharing/api/v1/shares?format=xml for my base_ocs whereas in the test Moodle I have Base URL + /ocs/v1.php/apps/files_sharing/api/v1/shares
The latter seems to have been the sticking point.
The screen shot shows the settings as given in the Moodle instructions which you may want to change to those I indicate above.
