Indeed she is Mary, that is why I mentioned her in first post not to select the theme that you want to uninstall, but she did mentioned again that it was clean theme that was selected, let her try other themes as well, for I have used tested Roshnilite and it does requires some work at developers end to reach a level of visual attraction.
Lets hope she doesn't repeat the same mistake with the other themes, but for her installing Moodle first time manually just by reading documents, she'll get comfortable with themes and overall Moodle in no time.
