Dear all:
We are trying to download users using Bulk User Action - and choosing Excel format, but system hangs and we receive some errors on secreen (see transcript).
We have aprox 10000 users on database, and we are running a Moodle 3.0.1 in a Red Hat 7 front-end server with php 5.4.16, Apache 2.4.7 --- 20 GB RAM
The backend server runs also RH7 with MySQL 5.5 -- 12 GB RAM

What do you suggest in order to solve this issue? What are the steps for optimization in Apache and MySQL in order to execute this operation?
