Hello,
I have activities that are SCORM based. It it taking a couple of minutes just to swap a SCORM out in an activity. The files are already in the respository too.
Is there anything we can do to speed this up? It used to be much, much quicker.

What has changed?
In older versions of Moodle when replacing the SCORM package it needed to adjust the ids on all the existing tracking records which can take a significant amount of time if you have a lot of existing user attempts. We fixed this in Moodle 2.6 as part of MDL-41434
But... you should really dedicate some time to upgrading to a recent supported release, Moodle 2.4 contains a wide range of known security issues that could allow a malicious user to compromise your site.
