Hi,

starting from today we are "freezing" new feature development for 3.0. During this week (and probably the next one as well) intgrators will go through the big list of issues submitted in the last moment.

Saying that, the issues that were sent for peer review before today, and maybe even some that will be sent later, may still be considered for inclusion in 3.0. Moodle tries to fill the release with as many new features as possible but at the same time we want to run QA cycle with all the major changes already integrated so we can deliver the good value product to you.

If you are a plugin author, it is probably best to wait until at least next week before starting to check your plugin for 3.0 compatibility as this will be a busy week of changes in the codebase.
