I have been trying to add a branching question to my questionnaire. I cannot see the Parent question option. I have a named question I would like to set as parent, and I have tried both Text and Essay Box questions in attempt to define a child question. In following the instructions, it looks like the parent question pull down should be available after the Response is required option. (Questionnaire v. 2.9.0 (Build - 2015060701) - Moodle 2.9.1+ (Build: 20150813)).
