I looked at FLAn a while back, and although I found it interesting, it appears to be a standalone product which doesn't export into an embeddable format.
An alternative would be to use Camtasia, as you would be able to create something very similar (and certainly better-looking!). There would be quite a bit of work at the start getting a template together, but once you got the first example set up your workflow would be pretty easy. Camtasia isn't free, but there is a free trial, and the educational discount is very good.
If you are a Linux user, there are similar free tools that can do the same thing (though not as advanced as Camtasia.)
